Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the odds99 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and odds99 ("odds99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the odds99 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, payment facilities, promotions, and all other services offered through https://odds99.app (collectively, "the Services").

1.1 To register and use the odds99 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Registration is open to individual persons only. Corporate entities, syndicates, or groups may not register accounts.
1.3 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) odds99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
1.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
1.5 odds99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifetime of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
1.6 odds99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
2.1 You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your odds99 account, including any bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent.
2.2 You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. odds99 will never request your password via any channel.
2.3 If you suspect or discover that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the odds99 support team immediately at [email protected].
2.4 odds99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to adequately safeguard your credentials.
2.5 You must not allow any other person to use your account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
3.1 All financial transactions on odds99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
3.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the odds99 payments page from time to time.
3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. odds99 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
3.4 odds99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your account must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
3.5 odds99 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
3.6 Deposits using funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited. If odds99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are connected to criminal activity, the account will be frozen and the matter referred as required.
3.7 odds99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which odds99 accepts no responsibility.
4.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by odds99 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
4.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
4.3 Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
4.4 odds99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire a bonus at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering requirements already in progress at that time.
4.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder. They may not be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
4.6 odds99 may, at its absolute discretion, limit or restrict the eligibility of any player for any promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of odds99 is final.
4.7 Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to collusion with other players to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to permanent account closure.
5.1 All bets placed on odds99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or event in question. Market-specific rules are available within the betting interface.
5.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. odds99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict markets at any time.
5.3 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or clearly incorrect odds (palpable error), odds99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
5.4 In-play betting is subject to additional rules. odds99 may suspend in-play markets during natural breaks in play, official reviews, or at any time at its discretion.
5.5 Where the outcome of a match or event is officially declared void, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the relevant market rules state otherwise.
5.6 Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
5.7 Maximum win limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook section of the platform.
6.1 All casino games available on odds99 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games are tested for fairness using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is generally available within the game information panel.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the odds99 platform:
- Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage
- Collusion with other players, including coordinated strategies to exploit markets or bonuses
- Arbitrage betting strategies intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
- Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
- Harassment or abusive behaviour directed at odds99 staff or other players
7.2 odds99 reserves the right to close any account, void any bets, and forfeit any balances where prohibited conduct is identified. odds99 may report relevant information to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

8.1 All content on the odds99 platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of odds99 or its licensed partners.

8.3 Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. All rights in game content are reserved by those studios and are used by odds99 under licence.
9.1 odds99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odds99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.3 odds99 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and odds99 cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.4 odds99 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to circumstances described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification partners and regulatory bodies where required by law.

12.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
12.5 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
